Liam maintains a diverse practice, with emphasis on intellectual property, civil, and commercial litigation, and can advise and appear in a wide range of disputes in all courts and tribunals. Before being called to the bar, Liam practiced as a litigation and dispute resolution solicitor for a decade, working for government and in mid-tier and boutique firms. He has experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, drawing on a background in both private practice and work on behalf of government entities. He represents high-net-worth individuals and corporations in litigious matters in all Courts, as well as before the independent commission against corruption (ICAC) and in Royal Commissions. Liam approaches matters with a focus on alternative dispute resolution, including formal and informal processes, and has negotiated successful settlements at all stages of proceedings, from pre-litigation through to hearing.
