Barrister
Carmen Corkery practises principally in defamation & media and family law, with a broader practice across alternative dispute resolution. Called to the Bar in 2010, they appear regularly in the Federal Court, Supreme Court and on appeal, and accept briefs to advise and appear in commercial arbitrations both domestically and internationally. Prior to coming to the Bar, Carmen practised as a solicitor at a leading commercial firm and served as Associate to a Justice of the Federal Court of Australia.
